Emotional Abuse

If you have been put down, screamed at, bullied, or told you were nothing repetitively, chances are you still believe it today on some level. Emotional abuse is cutting, hurtful and further ingrains in us, this false negative belief system. We often believe these statements to be true about ourselves and live our lives limiting ourselves, believing we are not good enough. Or we are perfectionists who on the outside have great achievements, high paying jobs, yet inside we still feel inadequate and fear being exposed. Learn to feel comfortable in your own skin and let go of these false beliefs and live the life you were meant to.
